With over a decade of hands-on experience in advanced engineering and technical roles, Dodge brings a wealth of expertise to the team, particularly in the fiber optic technology arena.
Dodge holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and is a United States Marine Corps veteran, having proudly served as an Aircraft Safety Mechanic from 2006 to 2010. Dodge possesses extensive expertise in fiber optic technology having held previous roles at entities including Bristol Instruments and Nuvotronic-Cubic. His experience includes assembly, alignment, and calibration of fiber-based wavelength measurement instrumentation and telecommunications equipment, RF technology, and testing equipment. Having a passion for process engineering, Dodge is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and his proficiency extends to generating and analyzing technical drawings, performing RMAs, and installing and programming electronic components with precision. His meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications in all aspects of fiber optic technology.
