Raleigh, NC (May 7, 2024) — As Customer Service Manager Appreciation Week commences, M2 Optics recognizes Rebekah Dunstan, our Client Success Manager (CSM). Rebekah's expertise and dedication to excellent service are pivotal to our valued clients and our team.
Rebekah holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Interpersonal Communication, both from North Carolina State University, where she graduated Magna cum laude.
Rebekah joined the M2 Optics team in December 2023, but she is not new to the manufacturing sector. During her tenure at North Carolina State University, Rebekah spearheaded the development of a summer internship program tailored for engineering students. This initiative facilitated partnerships between students and a diverse array of manufacturers across rural counties in North Carolina. Through this program, Rebekah demonstrated her commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry, providing students with invaluable hands-on experience while supporting the growth and innovation of local manufacturing businesses. Her proven track record in fostering collaboration between educational institutions and manufacturing entities underscores her proficiency in navigating the intricacies of the manufacturing landscape.
In her role at M2 Optics, Rebekah works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develops customized solutions to address challenges while ensuring top-notch service. From the initial inquiry to gathering feedback after the product has been delivered, Rebekah is an invaluable resource for maximizing each client’s success and experience.
When asked about her favorite aspect of being a CSM, Rebekah replied, "I enjoy problem-solving and getting to know our clients and their businesses. It's incredibly rewarding to help them succeed with their optical fiber projects."
